Kimberly Bellissimo
Founder and CEO

ForthRight Strategy founder Kimberly Bellissimo was volunteering for Ronald Reagan long before she could vote for him. Kimberly’s knowledge of direct mail political fundraising, dedication to her clients, and total commitment to the conservative cause are legendary.

She is a hardliner about the members of her team. They must share her total and steadfast commitment to an ethical, straightforward, open method of doing business — and, most importantly, delivering success. The values that ForthRight Strategy goes to battle with are not negotiable.

Kimberly proudly serves on the Board at The American Conservative Union and as an Executive Board Member as Secretary of The American Conservative Union Foundation. Kimberly earned a degree in Political Communications from George Washington University.

Kimberly and her husband, Terry, make their home here in downtown Washington, D.C. with their two dogs, Jackson, and Jonah.

Timothy Webster
Partner and Chief Creative Officer

ForthRight partner Timothy Webster discovered the power of direct mail in college when he successfully solicited alumni to support his conservative campus paper. With one mailing he funded his paper for an entire year. Since that time, he has been convinced that any campaign, organization, or charity that doesn’t make direct mail a cornerstone of its fundraising strategy is just not serious about winning elections or fulfilling its mission.

Timothy has helped candidates and organizations raise funds to successfully sue the president before the U.S. Supreme Court, become the first elected black Republican to Congress from his respective state since Reconstruction, and set a record for the most money raised — and netted! — in a U.S. Senate race.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Timothy has studied at Princeton, Cambridge, and Notre Dame. Timothy and his family reside in Maryland.

Patrycja Jasinksi
Director of Finance

Patrycja began her career in direct mail marketing when she joined our team back in 2004.  “Pati”, as we call her, is responsible for all the clients’ day to day financial matters including providing detailed financial reports to all the clients at the end of each month. She also works closely with the treasurers of our FEC clients and is always praised for her responsive and thorough process. Pati received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an International Business Specialization from Strayer University.

Patrycja is originally from Poland. We have been proud to sponsor her through the long and arduous process of her working toward her American citizenship. Pati and her husband (and best friend!), Daniel, reside in Waterford, Virginia. They have three very beautiful, happy and energetic daughters, Emma, Alicja, and Melania. And, as of 2022, Pati is a full-fledged American citizen!

Pam Simms
Database Manager

Pam is a pioneer in database management. She was with us when we founded ForthRight Strategy in 2002 and has remained a valuable and trusted team member ever since.

She is not only the fastest person we’ve seen key donor information from, but she is also extremely precise. Pam understands how important it is for our clients’ donor files to be uploaded as quickly and as accurately as possible. Being in the business for decades, we know that other vendors can take weeks to have this crucial information uploaded. Pam prides herself in the fact that she manages a state of the art system that is very unique to ForthRight Strategy’s clients.

Pam was born and raised in Washington, D.C. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and her granddaughter.

Terry Davis
Director of Operations

Terry joined ForthRight Strategy as part of the Production team in September of 2016.  For the previous 30 years, he held various positions in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently spending 19 years at Johnson & Johnson. His dedication to providing our clients the best service possible along with his conservative republican viewpoint made him a great fit within our organization.

As a 19 year old college student, his first presidential ballot was placed for Ronald Reagan in the Republican primary, and his second vote was cast for Ronald Reagan for President. Outside the office, Terry enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two dogs, along with family and friends. He loves golf, cooking, politics, and spending time at the Jersey Shore.

Allen Miller
Senior Account Executive

After nearly a decade working with numerous Republican campaigns and conservative non-profit organizations, Allen Miller joined Team ForthRight Strategy in August of 2003. His extensive political background in the conservative movement and superior writing abilities make him an especially gifted and effective copywriter.

Whether writing for a candidate, a PAC, charity, or a non-profit organization, Allen has a special ability to find a unique angle and “voice” for each client. Over the past 15 years, Allen’s packages have helped many clients build large and successful donor files, thus maximizing their direct mail fundraising potential. The charities and nonprofits Allen has worked with have grown exponentially under Allen’s watch.

Allen is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Allen, his wife Pam, son Clayton, and daughter Vivien live in Annandale, Virginia.

Marva Kirby
Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Marva joined the ForthRight Strategy Team in 2008 from a temp agency when we were shorthanded, but we knew immediately she would be a valued and trusted member of our team for years to come!

She wears many hats while here at ForthRight. Her smiling face is the first thing you see when you walk through the door. She also ensures our team is running efficiently – everything from ordering supplies, dealing with vendors, keeping track of Executive matters, and in her “spare time,” she also is one of the fastest data entry folks you will ever find. She makes sure that all of our clients’ donations are keyed accurately and updated on their donor file every single work day.

Marva was born and raised in Northeast, Washington D.C. So, she really can claim the title, “native Washingtonian.”

Chang Lee
Production Coordinator

Chang joined the ForthRight Strategy team as Production Coordinator in January 2022. Chang came to us with many years of prior experience in all things printing, graphic design, and marketing communications. After he immigrated with his wife and daughter from South Korea in 1998, he worked in the advertising department of The Washington Post for 14 years—processing the advertising files and creating newspaper advertisements. After Chang left The Washington Post, he spent the next 8 years as a production manager at a worldwide printing company in Washington, D.C. Chang has quickly become a vital and treasured part of our creative team! When not “getting the mail out,” he spends time at his home in Lorton, VA with his lovely wife and daughter. He enjoys woodworking and watching movies in his surround-sound home theater.

Tyler Sabol
Production Coordinator (new)

Tyler got involved with ForthRight Strategy in July 2022 as a Production Coordinator. Tyler joined us with a wealth of experience in direct mail and marketing communications. Before moving to the D.C. area he worked in the quality-control department of IWCO, a leader in the direct mail marketing space for 4 over years. After Tyler left IWCO he started working on the customer service side as a Bid & Project Estimator for the cutting-edge direct mail company, Planet Direct. He gained vital experience over those 4 years before getting involved with our team. Tyler has become an indispensable part of our creative team! Tyler lives in Alexandria, VA. He enjoys walking and hiking in his favorite park - Great Falls National Park and spending time with his friends and roommates.
